Delivery

All orders over £40 are eligible for free delivery within the UK mainland.

Standard UK delivery is £5.95 for all other orders.

UK delivery usually takes 2-3 working days.   If you have ordered from our Denmark warehouse it will take up to 10 working days.  We do offer a next day delivery option for orders placed before 11.59 am but only for items located in the UK.

The system must show the items are in stock and based in the UK in order to receive next day delivery.

It’s easy. Please contact us in the first instance to explain why you would like to return it either by calling 01395 239 700 – Mon – Fri 9-5, or by email shop@thecreationstation.co.uk.

Then package up your goods in the original packaging in pristine condition, and return it to:

EX32 8AW.

Please ensure that you include the returns form which can be found on the back of your delivery note.
