If you have ordered from our Denmark warehouse it will take up to 10 working days. We do offer a next day delivery option for orders placed before 11.59 am but only for items located in the UK.

How do I return an item? It’s easy. Please contact us in the first instance to explain why you would like to return it either by calling 01395 239 700 – Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm, or by email shop@thecreationstation.co.uk. Then package up your goods in the original packaging in pristine condition, and return it to: The Creation Station, The Carrier Group, Westacott Road, Barnstaple, EX32 8AW. Please ensure that you include the returns form which can be found on the back of your delivery note.
